Country Pub with Rooms

Choc-a-bloc with nick-nacks, nooks-and-crannies and invitingly cosy fireplaces – our country pub is properly olde-worlde. Our thirteen bedrooms are also jam-packed with original features and fascinating quirks.

We’re nestled in the heart of East Sussex, overlooking the beautiful Ouse Valley (or Sussex Serengeti as the locals call it) in the chocolate-box village of Fletching. Our beautiful garden is Sussex’s best kept secret, offering eye-boggingly breath-taking views across the countryside and serious space to kick-back amongst nature – whatever the weather.

You’ll adore our food. Head Chef Rod whips up soul-soothing upgrades on traditional pub classics, and a dizzying array of delicious dishes. Oh, you’ll see all your seasonal favourites on the menus too. Well-cared for beers, ales, plus some secret cellar wines pair perfectly.
