A fantastic opportunity for a Commis/Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the iconic 15th century Griffin Inn which is set in 2 acres of glorious countryside.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing fresh, daily changing and seasonal menus for our bar and restaurant dining rooms

(including for our barbeques & wood ovens during the summer months).

Day to day efficient running of the kitchen, assisting with deliveries,  storage & kitchen cleanliness.

The Ideal Candidate:

An enthusiastic team player, ideally with NVQ level 1 or 2.
